Participants have to arrange for their own hotel reservation.

A free shuttle service will be provided from the Montparnasse district (south west of Paris) to the conference site. The meeting point will be the station metro of Montparnasse. We recommend you to book your hotel in this area. You can also choose a place close to the conference site (Clamart, Chatillon). You may find information on http://www.mappy.fr/

How to get to the conference site from Paris ?

The conference will take place at EDF’s R&D site in Clamart (suburb of Paris), located in:

Please bring your Identity Card (or Passport) to be allowed to enter into to site.

By free shuttle service (Paris to Conference site ; Conference site to Paris):
A free shuttle service will be provided from the Montparnasse district (south west of Paris) to the conference site, the meeting point is the Station metro of Montparnasse:

Departure (from Montparnasse to Conference site): each day morning. The exact schedules will be provided latter.
Return (from Conference site to Montparnasse): each day at the end of the conference schedule.

By Public Transportation:

The bus Station (Clamart - Division Leclerc) is very closed to the conference site.

There are 5 subway (Station metro in french) or rail wail Stations wich can be used:

- Station Metro Chatillon Montrouge (line N° 13): take the bus N° 295 (direction Velizy), stop at the bus Station “Division Leclerc”.
- Station Metro Porte d’Orleans (line N° 4): take the bus N° 295 (direction Velizy) or Bus N° 195 , stop at the bus Station “Division Leclerc”.
- Station Metro Corentin Celton (line N°12): take the bus N° 394.
- Station Bourg La Reine (line RER B): take the bus N° 394.
- Gare de Clamart (Clamart’s railway Station, can be taken at Montparnasse Station metro): take the bus N° 394.

By Taxi:
It is possible to use this kind of transportation. It costs about 30€ from the centre of Paris.


How to get to Paris ?


Arriving by train:
The timetable for the train services can be consulted at the web site of the french railway company SNCF http://www.sncf.fr.

Arriving by plane:
Paris is about one hour from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 40 min from Orly Airport. Each airport is connected to Paris by bus shuttles or trains (RER B). The choice depends on your accommodation address. For instance, there is a bus shuttle service (Air France) from Charles de Gaulle airport to Montparnasse district.
